The wine-tasting will be enjoyed while relaxing outside, overlooking the beautiful gardens. A comprehensive selection of La Motte’s award-winning wines will be presented, from the popular La Motte Sauvignon Blanc, Millennium and Vin de Joie Rosé, to the elegance of the Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Rich in history and traditional Cape charm, the picturesque lawns in front of the 18th Century Manor House at Blaauwklippen provide a stunning setting. A cellar tour will allow the visitor to learn a little about the estate’s long standing history and traditions before a wine-tasting is enjoyed in the Tasting Room, where the wines, ranging from Sauvignon Blanc to Malbec & Cabriolet can be sampled. A gourmet lunch will then be served, with the magnificent views only adding to the experience, before returning to Cape Town.
